Akudo Oguaghamba who is a human rights educator, defender and activist. She is passionate about and committed to the advancement of social justice including sexual rights and gender equality. She serves on the Steering Committee of the Solidarity Alliance for Human Rights (SAHR), Nigeria; a coalition of organizations and individuals working to advance the rights and promote the well-being of LGBT and other sexual minorities in Nigeria. She served as the Co-Chair (Female) of PAN-AFRICAN ILGA (International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association) from 2013 to 2018. She holds a degree in French Language and Culture, a certificate in grant writing and fundraising, Gender and Development and a Master’s Degree in Project Management. She is an alumnus of EQUITAS – International Centre for Human Rights and has over eleven years leadership and project management experience.
